Service Warranty

At Zivranexzlathon, we stand behind the quality of our appliance repair work. All repairs performed by our technicians are covered by a 30-day service warranty from the date of service completion.

What Is Covered

Our warranty covers:

  • Defects in workmanship related to the repair performed
  • Failure of parts that were replaced during the repair
  • Issues directly related to the service we provided
  • Labor costs for re-repairs of covered issues

What Is Not Covered

The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, or accidents after repair
  • Normal wear and tear of appliance components
  • Issues unrelated to the original repair performed
  • Appliances modified or repaired by third parties after our service
  • Damage caused by improper voltage, power surges, or environmental factors
  • Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality

Claiming Warranty Service

To claim warranty service:

  1. Contact us within the 30-day warranty period
  2. Provide your original service receipt or reference number
  3. Describe the issue you are experiencing
  4. Return the appliance to our workshop or arrange collection

We will assess the appliance and, if the issue is covered under warranty, perform the necessary repairs at no additional charge.

Appliance Collection

After repair, you have 30 days to collect your appliance from our workshop. We will notify you when your appliance is ready for collection. If you arranged for delivery, we will contact you to schedule a convenient time.

Appliances not collected within 90 days may be disposed of after reasonable attempts to contact the owner. A storage fee of £5 per week may be charged for appliances left beyond 30 days.

Diagnostic Fee Policy

If you decide not to proceed with a repair after diagnostics, the diagnostic fee is non-refundable. However, if you proceed with the repair, the diagnostic fee is typically waived or credited toward the total repair cost.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel a service appointment up to 24 hours in advance without charge. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

If work has already commenced on your appliance, you will be responsible for costs incurred up to the point of cancellation.

Refund Policy

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. If you are dissatisfied with our service, please contact us immediately so we can address your concerns. We strive to resolve all issues to your satisfaction.

Disputes

If you have a complaint about our service, please contact us directly. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly. If we cannot reach a satisfactory resolution, you may refer the matter to an independent dispute resolution service.
