  • All repair quotes are estimates based on initial diagnostics and may be adjusted if additional issues are discovered
  • You authorize us to disassemble and examine your appliance to identify faults
  • We reserve the right to refuse service if an appliance is deemed unsafe or beyond economical repair
  • Payment is due upon completion of service unless alternative arrangements have been agreed
  • Uncollected appliances may be disposed of after 90 days with prior notification

Warranties

We provide a 30-day warranty on all repairs and replaced parts. This warranty covers defects in workmanship and materials related to the specific repair performed. The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper handling after repair
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Issues unrelated to the original repair
  • Appliances that have been tampered with or repaired by third parties after our service

Limitation of Liability

Zivranexzlathon shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about your appliance and its issues
  • Disclose any previous repair attempts or modifications
  • Collect your appliance within a reasonable timeframe after notification
  • Use the website in a lawful manner
  • Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
